rhs plant review competition

July, 2024

I’m thrilled to share that my Cosmos artwork was chosen as a runner up of the RHS Plant Review competition, I couldn’t be happier that my drawings of one of my favourite flowers made the top 6 of so many incredible entries!

Working on this piece was a total joy, I love the way cosmos twist and turn and bend around each other to create a beautiful floral display. I have them growing in my own garden, luckily for me they are super easy to grow, and the more you cut them back the more that flower! So they are currently loving life as cut flowers in my kitchen too.

Treat yourself to some blooming summer flowers for your walls, this hand drawn artwork is available to purchase in both art print and greetings card form in my shop now.

If you’re curious to know more about how Wildwood Paper was founded (almost 10 years ago!) then look no further than the journal piece from The Artisan Founder; a brand new website featuring a beautifully curated selection of independent brands who champion sustainability and produce high quality goods.

The journal is well worth grabbing a cuppa for to discover the beginnings and backgrounds of these beautiful artisan brands, and once you’ve fallen in love with them you can shop through the marketplace to find yourself beautiful unique gifts too.

hello autumn

October, 2023

My favourite time of year. The change in seasons is well and truly upon us, the blankets are out, the leaves are falling and Autumn is here - along with a brand new collection of cards, gift wrap and a foraging themed art print for you to get your lovely hands on!

AW23 sees lots of earth tones, beautiful florals, mushrooms, nuts and berries featuring on 7 new greetings cards with a classic Wildwood Paper aesthetic and lots of small details to be discovered.

Plus, I’m thrilled to be launching a brand new eco conscious product this year, a reusable fabric furoshiki style gift wrap set - also with the FORAGE theme - and just in time for Christmas. Perfect as a sustainable way to wrap your presents to fill your stockings, or even as a gift itself as it comes beautifully presented in its own gift box.

it’s market season, again!

November, 2022

Well, in between buying a house, taking on a big renovation and working, as ever, as a one woman show with all things Wildwood Paper, Autumn has flown around and I need to let you know two all important dates for your diaries for Christmas!

If you want to stock up on some beautiful gift wrap or some lovely cards for the festive season in person, take note! I decided to keep it fairly simple and local this year, and I will be taking part in just two Winter markets this year. But they are very good ones! If you’re in Sheffield, you can find me with unique Christmas cards, illustrated art prints and floral wrapping paper galore at the Endless Love Creative market on Saturday the 27th November, at The Showroom Workstation in town.

And not much further afield, I’ll be at the wonderful Hepworth in Wakefield on the 4th and 5th of December, for all your Christmas present buying needs. So whether it’s a gift for your flower loving mum, a card for your hard to buy for nan or you need a secret santa under £10 for your nature loving best friend, I will have the perfect botanical themed gift for you to come and pick up in person!

Keep your eyes peeled for an exciting market weekend Wildwood Paper exclusive, as well as a couple of new botanical prints to get your hands on. There may be a little discount code for mailing list subscribers too!
